-Patch tests

I am required to perform a patch test at least 24 hours before treatment. I prefer to do this 48 hours before.

-Infills maintenance 

Infills are based on upto 4 weeks and must contain at least 40% of the extensions left on, anything over 4 weeks or less than 40% extensions remaining will be charged as a full set.

-Make up & cleanliness 

Please ensure all eye-makeup is removed prior to your appointment. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes and may incur an additional charge. 

Please arrive with clean lashes – 

If you require a demonstration of how to do this, please ask. I also stock affordable products that are safe to use with your eyelash extensions. You can also find a video of how to clean your eyelashes on my instagram page in the highlights.

-Non refundable booking fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required for all full sets of eyelashes be made at the time of booking to secure the appointment slot and this will be deducted off your treatment price on the day. 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice your booking fee will not be returned. In order to reschedule your appointment 48 hours notice must be given, your booking fee can then be transferred to another time and date. 

-Cancellations, no shows and time keeping.

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 48 hours is given, you will be charged 50% of your treatment price aswell as the next booked appointment being paid in full upfront. 

If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will still terminate at the allocated end time of your appointment. This is to ensure I do not run late for the next client as this will put me behind for the rest of the day. if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and I’m not able to carry out the treatment in the time remaining you will be charged the full amount for your treatment. 

-Refunds

I do not offer any refunds. If you develop an irritation with your lash extensions within the first 48 hours of having them applied I will remove them free of charge. Normal Lash Removal costs (of other Lash Technicians work) is £10. If you would like a set removed and a new set applied I will remove your previous set free of charge.

Unfortunately I do not infill another technicians work. Lash removal and a full set is required.
